Before You Start
The client interface may differ
Before you begin, make sure the device is connected to the internet and prepare a secure place to store your username and password. 94VPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux; this page focuses on the commonly used Windows, macOS, Android and iOS workflows. Permission prompts vary by platform, but you do not need to enter server addresses, ports or encryption settings manually. Once the subscription is imported, the client reads the available routes automatically.
This page does not provide static installer links or display a real subscription link. Get both the client and your account subscription from the user panel. If you see https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN, it is only an invalid example showing the link format and cannot be used to connect. Route types, regional restrictions and streaming route selection are advanced topics; read the streaming guide after completing the basic connection.
Account
Create an Account and Save Your Login Details
Open the free trial page, choose an easy-to-identify username, enter a password and follow the on-screen instructions. No email address is required. Your username and password will be used to access the user panel, view orders and retrieve the subscription. Before submitting, check the username carefully and save your login details in a trusted password manager. If your browser autofills old information, make sure the displayed username is the one you just set.
After the account is created, the page will open the user panel or show a sign-in option. If you remain on the sign-in page, enter the username and password you just set. Once signed in, you should see entries for the overview, plans, client downloads, orders and tickets. The account has only completed its basic setup at this point; choose a plan next so the subscription area can provide connection details for the client.
If the page says the username already exists, return to the field and try a different username instead of repeatedly changing the password. If it says the passwords do not match, enter them again and check that your input method has not added extra spaces. After this step, stay in the panel and go directly to the Plans page to avoid signing in again or searching across multiple pages.
Order
Choose a Plan and Place an Order
Open the Plans page in the user panel and compare monthly subscriptions based on your actual usage. Current monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on the activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. For occasional use without a monthly reset, compare the data packages, which remain valid until used: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB or ¥658/3000GB.
After choosing a plan, click “Start Using” or “Choose This Plan” on its card to open order confirmation. Check the plan name, data allowance and amount, then choose an available payment method—Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Once the payment page opens, follow the information shown there and keep the original order page open. Return to the user panel after payment and wait for the order status to update. Repeated clicks may create multiple unpaid orders, so if an order is already processing, check its status in the order list first.
After the order is completed, the subscription status in the overview will update, and the client download and subscription information will become available. All plans support unlimited devices, so you can import the same account subscription on your own devices. The service offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. For order or refund assistance, open the ticket area in the user panel and submit the relevant order details. There is no need to install a client yet; the next step is to retrieve the subscription associated with the current account from the overview.
Subscription
Retrieve the Subscription from the User Panel
Open the account overview and find the subscription section. Normally, it shows the current plan status, data information and an option to copy the subscription. After you click Copy, the link goes to the system clipboard. Switch to the client and use “Import from clipboard” or “Import from URL” to read it. You do not need to paste the link into a browser address bar or open it to inspect its contents.
The subscription link is the credential the client uses to read your account’s route configuration, so keep it only on your own devices and in your own clients. Do not publish it on public pages, include it in screenshots or forward it to unrelated people. To recognize the format, treat https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN as an invalid example. The actual content generated by the user panel will be different, and this page does not display or fill in a real address.
If the copy option is temporarily missing from the overview, first check whether the order is complete and then refresh the panel. If it still does not appear, sign out and back in, making sure you are using the same username that placed the order. Do not construct a subscription address yourself or search the web for a supposed universal subscription; the correct entry is available only in the current account’s user panel. After copying successfully, leave the clipboard unchanged and move directly to the client for the relevant platform.
Client
Import the Subscription on Common Platforms
Get the client for your current system from the client downloads section in the user panel. This site does not provide direct installer links on marketing pages; the signed-in download area provides the relevant entry and subscription instructions. Install the client before importing the subscription to avoid pasting the link into a standard network tool that does not support remote configurations.
Windows: Use a Desktop Client with Subscription Management
In the Windows client, find the “Subscriptions,” “Configuration” or “Profiles” section, then choose Add Subscription. If the interface offers “Import from clipboard,” leave the copied content unchanged and click it directly. If it only provides a URL field, paste in the subscription link, give it a recognizable name, save it and run an update. After the client finishes reading it, a list of regions or routes should appear on the main screen. Do not adjust ports, protocols or routing parameters one by one yet; keep the default configuration supplied by the panel.
Some Windows clients display the system proxy and VPN mode separately. For first-time use, start with the client’s recommended default connection mode, then consider advanced rules after the basic connection works. If Windows shows a network access permission prompt, confirm that the application name belongs to the client you just installed before allowing the required connection.
macOS: Import the Remote Configuration and Confirm Permissions
After opening the macOS client, enter configuration management from the menu bar or main window, then choose Create Remote Configuration, Add Subscription or Import from Clipboard. Paste the subscription, save it and click Update Configuration. When successful, routes are usually listed by region. If the list remains empty, return to configuration management, check that the subscription is enabled and run an update manually once more.
On the first connection, macOS may ask you to approve the VPN configuration or enter local administrator credentials. This is a normal system authorization step that allows the client to create a network tunnel. After authorization, return to the client and choose a route. Do not paste the subscription link into macOS Network settings; that page generally does not parse this type of remote configuration. Always import it inside the relevant client.
Android: Add the Remote Configuration from the Subscription Menu
On the Android client home screen, open configuration or subscription management and tap Add. Choose Import from Clipboard, URL or Remote Subscription. Paste the link, save it and wait for the route list to appear. If the client offers automatic updates, you can keep the default setting so it can reread the route configuration after changes in the panel without requiring you to create each connection manually.
When you start the connection for the first time, Android displays a permission window for creating a VPN connection. Confirm that the installed client is making the request, then allow it. If the client stops soon after going into the background, allow normal background operation in the system’s battery settings. Menu names vary by manufacturer and are usually found under the app’s battery or background activity settings.
iOS: Add the Subscription in the Client and Allow the VPN Configuration
Open the subscription or configuration page in the iOS client. Use Import from Clipboard, scan an import option provided by the client, or paste the account subscription into the URL field. Save it, wait for the list to load and return to the main screen to choose a route. Import the subscription inside the client. Do not bookmark the example link in Safari or save a real link in a publicly shared note.
On the first connection, iOS asks you to allow the VPN configuration and may require confirmation using the device unlock method. After authorization, the system status area shows the VPN connection state. If you switch clients, import the subscription again in the new client. Configurations in the old client do not migrate automatically, so confirm that the new client connects normally before removing the old configuration.
Connection
Choose a Route and Verify It
After importing the subscription, choose a route from the list that matches the target service’s region. For general web access, start with a nearby region. For content limited to a particular region, choose the corresponding country or region. Select the route, turn on the connection and wait for the client status to show Connected. Do not switch repeatedly between routes before the connection is established; system permissions and the client state may not have time to synchronize.
After connecting, open the network check page and note the displayed exit region, then disconnect and check it again. If the exit information changes as expected before and after connection, system traffic is passing through the selected route. Open the website or app you actually need and confirm that sign-in, page loading and content playback work normally. For verification, use a private window or reopen the app to prevent old cache data from showing the pre-connection region.
If the exit region has changed but the target service still shows the original region, sign out of that service, clear its session and open it again. Some services also consider the account region, payment region or previous sign-in environment, so a network-region change may not update the account’s own region settings. For the relationship between native IPs, route types, account regions and content regions, continue with the streaming guide; those advanced checks are outside this page’s scope.
Basic Troubleshooting
Handle Connection Problems in Order
If the client shows an empty subscription, first return to the user panel to confirm the plan status, then run an update in subscription management. If the clipboard still contained other text when you copied the link, use the panel’s copy option again. Delete the failed configuration from the client and import it again. You can choose any subscription name, but do not remove or alter the link content or add spaces before or after it.
If the client shows routes but cannot connect, disconnect first, test another route in the same region and check that the system time is correct. After changing networks—for example, from a home network to a public network—fully disconnect the old connection before restarting the client. If only one app is inaccessible while the network check confirms that the exit region changed, restart that app and clear its old session instead of repeatedly reinstalling the client.
For further assistance, open the ticket area in the user panel and specify the platform, the client step where the issue occurred, the selected route region and the exact error message. Do not paste the complete subscription link into the ticket title; support usually needs only the order and subscription status within your account to investigate. After completing these steps, everyday use only requires opening the client, updating the subscription, choosing a route and connecting—you do not need to place a new order or import the subscription again each time.
